All orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed Monday-Friday.  Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped first thing on Monday.

Within the United States: $2.99 for the first item, $1.99 for each additional item. For any order over $30, shipping is FREE. Orders shipped within the US typically take 3-6 business days to arrive.

Anything outside the United States is $4.99 for the first item, and $3.99 for each additional item. For any order over $50 outside the United States, shipping is FREE. Orders shipped internationally typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your countries customs.

All orders within the US include tracking.  International shipments, unfortunately, can’t be tracked.

All orders shipped worldwide are shipped with UPS or USPS via Smartship, which is determined by a number of factors including location, weight, and dimensions. With each order, Smartship determines the most economical shipping method, taking into account the duration the shipment takes to arrive.

Note that some of our products are shipped by Amazon fulfillment. These items are tagged with the “amazon” product tag, and in the description you will see “This item is sold and shipped by Amazon. You will be redirected at checkout.”.  We have offered this service to provide not only more puzzles to customers, but allow you to order seamlessly through SpeedPuzzles.com.  However, during checkout you will be redirected to Amazon for any items in the cart ordered from there.  Any items in the cart that aren’t from there you will proceed through SpeedPuzzles.com as normal. Note that orders fulfilled via Amazon are only available to be shipped within the United States.

Return Policy
a) Items returned within 15 days of receipt are eligible for a refund, assuming it is the same condition we sent it.
b) We only accept “Like New, Unopened (in the original packaging)” postage paid returns. Please email us to setup a return. **Used items will not be accepted for return and we do not sell used puzzles.
c) Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
