How much is shipping?
  Shipping is FREE on all orders, worldwide. All orders are processed within 1 business day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, and those orders will be shipped on Monday morning. Shipping times vary depending on location, but typically arrive within 10-20 days from the order date. This delay is typically due to customs.  
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal –  both which are fast, secure, safe, and easy. You can pay by all major credit or debit cards, bank accounts, or Paypal balances. 150 million people worldwide use it, and you can convert nearly any currency you would like. How can I track my package?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification within 48 hours. Rest assured the package is on the way.
How long until I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Your order will typically arrive within 10-20 days of placing your order.
I have not received my order, what can I do?
If it has been more than 25 days since you placed your order and you haven't received the item, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it further.
Was my item sent yet, it doesn’t show as shipped?
We process nearly all orders within 24.  However, there may be a slight delay of 48 hours before tracking information or shipping notifications show up.  Please be patient and rest assured your order has been shipped.
Can I combine shipping?
Yes, if you order on our shop, all orders come with FREE shipping.
I had to pay customs fees, why?
Every country has different border protection and customs.  The fees (if any) vary from country to country.  It is imperative that you know and understand how your border deals with customs prior to ordering from us.  Although we are willing to ship anywhere in the world, it is your responsibility to cover any customs fees that may incur while crossing the border of your country.
Has my item been shipped yet?
We ship all packages within 1 business day of your order being placed.  Rest assured your package has been shipped, regardless of whether it says “processing” or not.  You will likely receive tracking information and a notification that the package has been shipped, but this doesn’t happen every time.  Expect your package within the time frame stated (10-20 days).
